Job Description

  • Collaborate with Senior Client Manager, Risk Advisors, and insureds to create and execute marketing strategies, and submit proposals to insurance carriers for both new and renewal accounts.
  • Oversee the new business and renewal process, ensuring timely follow-ups with carriers for benefit plans, rates, and contract details.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and handle pricing for both new and renewal business, creating detailed spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Manage the BOR letter process with carriers and ensure client information is properly set up in the EPIC system.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships by introducing yourself, collecting missing details, and conducting open enrollment meetings.
  • Ensure smooth enrollment processes, including submission of applications to carriers, audits, and terminations within required timelines. Also, manage ongoing client interactions and provide support as needed.
